She is the Founder and CEO of I Choose Me Coaching Services and The Carra House, a nonprofit social service agency dedicated to serving individuals and families in need.

Dr. Lee is a sought-after speaker, thought provoker, and published author who is passionate about helping women break free from limiting beliefs, heal from past wounds, and build lives rooted in self-worth and purpose. Through her coaching, she empowers women to set healthy boundaries, overcome self-doubt, and choose themselves unapologetically.

Her work focuses on personal growth, self-love, forgiveness, and building the confidence needed to create lasting change.

Dr. Lee is also the proud wife to Dr. Joseph Lee, a devoted mother of three, and the loving grandmother of four.
